Beertime mobile app
For Beertime support, store review contact, and privacy questions, email support@beertime.app.
Include your platform (iOS or Android), app version, the email address
used for login, and a short description of what happened. Do not send
passwords, one-time login codes, or private screenshots.
Privacy and account deletion
The privacy policy is available at beertime.app/privacy. You can view personal data, request an export, and delete your account from Beertime Settings inside the app.
Common topics
- Login - Beertime signs in by email confirmation code. Check your inbox and spam folder.
- Places - place search depends on network access and the selected search country in Settings.
- Notifications - enable notifications both in Beertime Settings and in your device system settings.
- Contacts - contact sync is optional and can be turned off in Settings.
Child safety reports
Beertime allows users to report child safety concerns in-app from Settings by contacting support. Our published standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation are available at beertime.app/child-safety.
